Our client is a leading national rehabilitation services provider looking for a dynamic rehab professional to lead their teams in Albury / Wodonga / Wangaratta. This organisation continues to go from strength to strength and they are looking for a manager who can work proactively to lead this growing team. This position would suit an experienced manager or a senior consultant looking to take the next step.
To be successful in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
Considerable experience working within injury management and occupational rehabilitation settings
Demonstrated excellent skills in customer relationship development
Demonstrated excellent skills in team building and development
Strong staff management experience
Qualifications in relevant health degree (OT, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Myotherapy or Nursing)
Your role will involve the following:
Manage the professional team, including recruitment, supervision and training
Assist to grow and develop the business in the region
Quality control and continuous improvement activities
Assist with customer relationship management
Provide consultancy services to employers in the areas of injury management, OHS and EAP
Our client is happy to pay a relocation allowance and is proactive in working with candidates who want to relocate between sites. Flexible working conditions, including part-time hours are available for the successful candidate.
