Rehabilitation Service Manger - Sydney CBD
Our Employer of Choice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist / Accredited Exercise Physiologist with current rehabilitation and management experience, to lead their professional and motivated Rehab Services Team.

If so, you will meet the following criteria:
- Be an OT / PT / EP with current occupational rehabilitation experience in the workers compensation arena
- Have strong management skills
- Proven ability to think on an operational and strategic level
- Excellent marketing skills - B 2 B
- Thorough understanding of conditions of WorkCover accreditation approval
- Referral triage and ability to identify need for internal referral for other rehabilitation services
- Approachable personality and the ability to relate to people from different social backgrounds and age groups
- Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Own car and valid NSW Driver’s Licence
Your role will involve:
- Managing a team of 8 rehabilitation consultants
- Further improving our high customer service standards
- Developing and delivering quality assurance systems
- Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of employees
- Evaluating and verifying employee performance through the review of completed work and work techniques
- Weekly team meetings and reviews
- Identifying staff development and training needs and ensuring that training is obtained
- Coordinating and supervising casework in accordance with our company policies and procedures and the WorkCover NSW conditions of approval for workplace rehabilitation providers
- Evaluating policies and procedures and making recommendations accordingly
