Operations Manager – Sydney

As the Operations Manager of this team, you will be involved in:

Human Resource Management of 17 staff including recruitment, retention, induction, training, performance management and professional development.
Account Management Activities. Full life cycle including implementation of state marketing strategies, management of corporate sales process with existing and new clients
Business Development Activities incorporating the business life cycle from proactive identification of customers and their needs through to customised service delivery and repeat referrals
Day to day operational responsibility for your team, including fiscal.

If this person is you, then you will meet the following criteria:

Be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist (WorkCover FCE and Worksite Accreditation is essential)
Have extensive occupational rehabilitation and management experience
Have the ability to think on an operational and strategic level
Be able to proactively develop new or customised products to meet the needs of new and existing clients
Have experience with budgeting and management reporting
