Join one of the largest clinics in the Inner West, incorporating the latest equipment resources, with generously sized treatment rooms.  You will work alongside other Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapist, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists to develop the best treatment plan. 
  
The Role:

• Salary $80K + Super + Benefits
• Being a part of an inter-disciplinary team delivering improved health outcomes to our patients.
• Implementing strategies to ensure a sustainable and durable return to work, independence, or quality of life as part of their rehabilitation plan.
• Manage a caseload of workplace rehabilitation and NDIS participants
• Conducting rehabilitation assessments such as workplace assessments, functional capacity Evaluation and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
• Engaging with individual, employer, doctor and other professionals to ensure appropriate intervention is being delivered
• Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements
• Return to Work planning

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA
• Ability to treat and assess Adults/Children across a wide range of ages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate
• Current driver's licence
• Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
