The Role:
- New Employer Services
- Case Management of injured workers
- Vocational Counselling and/or assessments
- Earning Capacity Assessments
- Mediation
- EAP
- Have current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychologist / ASORC or RCAA accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Current experience within the Occ Rehab sector is ideal - Proven ability in case management of injured workers, performing assessments and writing reports relevant to your discipline
- Strong communication skills - Ability to liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and workers
- Good organisational and time management ability
- Excellent negotiation skills
